Weeks marked with an "A" are owned in all years; "E" is even year ownership; "O" is odd year ownership.

Maintenance fees are only paid for the year of ownership.  Point values are approximate and are subject to change by either RCI or Interval International at their discretion and are based on depositing each of the 2 sections of the unit independently for maximum point value. Ownership includes use of the pool, fitness center, game room,  jacuzzis and seasonal tennis courts at Eastern Slope Inn in downtown North Conway, a 5+/- minute drive from Mountain View.  Additionally, there is flexibility with how you manage your week, for instance, if you are only planning on coming for part of the week or only using part of your unit, you can list the unused portion for rent either through Mountain View or on your own or deposit it with an exchange company of your choosing.  We will be happy to provide more details or answer any questions via e-mail or phone so please don't hesitate to contact us at either 603-356-0004 ext. 0 or at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
